All of the rooms are suites, but when I got to my suite I was a bit blown away…I don’t normally stay in suites with a grand piano, a bathroom bigger than my apartment and a separate movie room. At first I was a worried that I had accidentally booked the wrong room when I had made my reservation and was paying a fortune for this. It turned out that I had been upgraded to a penthouse suite and the front desk had neglected to tell me that when I checked in. I guess the hotel had realized how awesome I was…now I just need to get everyone else to realize that also.

The ice-cream burrito/egg-role thing was being sold at a little roadside food stand and was made from peanuts that were shaved off of a huge brick of peanut brittle using a woodworking plane. The peanuts and a couple of scoops of ice-cream were then wrapped in a thin papery skin.

You could also have cilantro added to the burrito/egg-role thing, but that just seemed a bit too weird for me and I stuck to one without the salad.
